We are proudly based in Atlanta, Georgia, but our jewelry is available exclusively online and ships worldwide!

2. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Not at this time. We're a 100% online brand, which helps us keep costs down and pass the savings on to you. But we’re always here to help via chat, email, or social media.

3. What materials do you use in your jewelry?

Our pieces are crafted using high-quality materials such as [e.g., 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, solid gold, moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, etc.]. All our products are hypoallergenic and designed to last.

4. Are your stones real diamonds?

5. Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?

7. What’s your return policy?

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

9. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

Yes! All orders come in our signature branded box, perfect for gifting. If you’d like us to include a gift note, just let us know at checkout.

11. How do I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry sparkling, avoid exposure to water, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces in a dry place or in the provided pouch when not in use.

13. What are grillz made of?

Grillz can be made from various materials, including gold (10k, 14k, 18k, and 22k), silver, and platinum.They can also be iced out with diamonds, moissanite, or lab grown diamonds.

14. Can I Walk in?

Store Visits & Safety Policy

We're located on John Portman Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30303.  For the safety of our staff and customers, and due to the high-value nature of our custom jewelry, we do not allow walk-in visits and do not publicly share our full business address.

Our location is disclosed only to confirmed customers when necessary for appointments or pickups.

15. Are grillz safe for your teeth?

Yes, if worn properly and not for extended periods. It's important to keep them clean and maintain oral hygiene. Grillz should never be worn over braces or damaged teeth without a dentist’s approval.

16. How long does the process take?

From ordering to delivery, the process usually takes 1–2 weeks:

  • 1–3 days to receive and approve your mold kit

  • 2–3 days for return shipping (if outside of GA)

  • 3–7 business days for production after we  approve your mold

17. How do I take the mold of my teeth?

We provide a detailed instruction guide or video tutorial with your mold kit. It's a simple process using putty and trays.

18. What’s the difference between solid, open-face, and iced-out grillz?

  • Solid: Fully covered in metal

  • Open-face: The center of each tooth is cut out, leaving a gold/silver outline

  • Iced-out: Covered in gemstones for a flashy look

19. Can I eat or sleep with grillz on?

It’s not recommended. Remove your grillz before eating, sleeping, or engaging in any activity that could cause damage or increase bacteria buildup.

20. Do you offer custom designs or logos?

21. How much do custom grillz cost?

Prices vary depending on material, number of teeth, and design complexity. Basic gold grillz start at around $110 per tooth, while iced-out or custom designs can range much higher.

20. How do I clean my grillz?

Use a soft toothbrush and mild soap, or soak them in jewelry cleaner (buy on amazon). Clean them after each use and store in a dry case to prevent tarnishing.
