Shipping policy

  • You will receive your jewelry with 5-10 business days or less.   If your jewelry is custom including grillz, we will ship your jewelry with 10 days after we approve your mold, and you approve your custom design by signature.
  • A signature is required upon delivery of all shipments.
    • Unclaimed packages will be returned to Grillz By Byrdie, and additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
  • International customers must contact us for an accurate shipping cost estimate.
    • All shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders will be processed within 21 days, excluding weekends and holidays if outside of the USA.
