RETURN POLICY
We offer standard and Expedited shipping that comes with a Track and Confirms number. Standard shipping usually takes 10 business days after your grillz or custom jewelry is completed. Product in inventory will take 5 to 10 days. These business days do not include holidays or weekends.
The customer is always responsible for providing us with adequate delivery instructions for mold impressions or jewelry specification. If this you order a customer piece of jewelry or custom grillz, before we confirm your order, we will show you a 3d Model /CAD/ Design. We make our grillz to fit exactly on the mold we receive. Or you can schedule an appointment with an agent and get your mold impressions done with their assistance.
For custom grillz and custom jewelry: If you have placed an order and would like to ask for a refund, you are allowed to do so within 5 days of your order casting time. If not, your deposit is non refundable, nor can you take the custom product.
Once we begin making your piece, all sales are final. You have exactly one week upon receiving your piece to let us know of any fitting problems or issues. Call us at (943) 226 -7392 as soon as possible after receiving your custom jewelry or custom grillz. Text or call (943) 226 - 7392 with your order number and explain any issue. For example: fitting, or color.
Lost or Stolen Items
The Ice Don is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Make sure to provide us with an accurate address to avoid problems with shipping. Do not forget to add apartment # if applicable. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, you will have the option of a refund or we can reship the product to you if you cover the shipping cost.
