Refund policy

  • No refunds for payments made using Bitcoin or by paypal.
  • The Ice Don provides a 14-day return policy from time you receive delivery, for all products, excluding custom-made items (grillz or custom jewelry).
    • Returned items are subject to labor and/or restocking fees.
  • Custom-made products, including grillz or caps, are non-refundable.

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (non custom, unless does not fit)

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable gold and diamond grillz.  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 30 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after approved inspection. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Non refundable and non-exchangeable.
    • Adjustments may be provided only if fitting issues are caused by inaccuracies in the original dental mold.
  • We accept no liability for damages occurring after the collection or delivery of any product.
  • Packages requiring re-delivery due to non-acceptance or non-collection are subject to additional shipping and processing fees.
  • Fraud Protection Policy
    At The Ice Don we take fraud prevention seriously to protect both our customers and our business.  Due to the high- value nature of jewelry, and custom grillz, our commitment to security, we have implemented the following fraud protection procedures:

    Order Verification
    • All orders are subject to fraud screening through our payment processor and internal systems.
    • Orders flagged as high risk may be automatically canceled or held for manual verification.
    • We reserve the right to request additional verification, such as:
    • A photo of a government -issued ID
    • A self with the credit/debit card used (digits can be covered except the last 4)
    • Proof of Address x2 (Utility bills)

Processing & Mold Kit Shipping

  • Orders will not begin production until we receive your completed mold kit.
  • If fraud is suspected before or after the mold kit has been shipped, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.

Fraudulent Orders

  • Any attempt to place a fraudulent order will result in immediate cancellation and will result in immediate cancellation and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • Chargebacks initiated on valid transactions will be disputed with proof of service and communication records.
  • We track IP addresses, billing/shipping data, and payment patterns to aid in fraud prevention.

Customers Responsibility 

  • Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is accurate and matches the payment method used.
  • If we are unable to verify your information, your order may be delayed or canceled for your protection.
